- EU countries: 16€
- USA and Canada: 20€
- Rest of the world: 26€
TAXES
The customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
Please double-check all personal and postage details when completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination
of the parts chosen.
Recorded delivery (with registration number) is available for all countries.
All the relevant delivery options available for your order and its destination will be displayed at checkout.
TRACKING
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details.
We may also contact you if we need more information to verify your payment.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, delivery will take
2-7 working days after dispatch.
We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
You can also track your journey by going to 'My orders' in your account, or if you have opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your parcel here.
RETURNS
Items are returned within 28 days of receipt Items must be in their original condition, with all labels in place and must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
You must contact us at info@roselynsilva.com before sending the item back. Please choose carefully - returns for an exchange of size or colour can only take place once.
Feel free to email us with any questions to help you with this decision.
Orders must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, if your return exceeds our 28-day policy, we will not be able to process your exchange.
MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS
We do not refund any custom-made items
ITEMS ON SALE
We do not issue refunds for any items on sale unless they are found to be faulty.

EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS TIME
Although we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at info@roselynsilva.com so that we can help you personally and resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
The exchange process is carried out immediately upon receipt of the item in question.
Refunds vary from bank to bank but can take up to 20 working days.
