In our ongoing quest to provide the best service to our valued customers, we have implemented an Appointment Policy with the aim of optimising the efficiency and quality of our interactions. Through this policy, we aim to ensure that bookings are handled fairly for everyone involved.

Punctuality is key

We understand that everyday life can be unpredictable, and occasionally unexpected delays can occur. However, in order to guarantee the efficiency and quality of our service, we ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

Delay Tolerance

In order to respect the time and schedule of all clients, we provide a delay tolerance of up to 15 minutes. This means that if you are up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to adjust your appointment so that you can still be seen. However, after this grace period, and without prior notice, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

In the event of delays, please always let us know.

Change of appointment

If a client fails to show up for an appointment or is more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to change the appointment to another available day or time. This is to ensure that all our clients receive adequate care and to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

We understand that exceptional situations can occur, and we are willing to consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you experience difficulties in keeping to your scheduled time, please contact us as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever feasible.
